LaRosa's Pizza Crescent Springs

When another dinner plan fell through we opted for LaRosas. With the “Buddy Card” we ordered 2 large, hand-tossed(pie-cut) pizzas to go. The Crescent Springs Crew shows competence, kindness and professionalism and for their work this LaRosas is one of our family’s Friday go-to’s for dinner we can all agree on. The pizza was awesome.... As you can see!

Every time I pick from LaRosa’s at this location, I never have any complaints, but I’m actually leaving this review because the I couldn’t seem to get my order through because the app was glitching or something but when I called customer service, you know 347–1111, old school, anyway the woman I spoke to was so kind, patient, even had some comic relief and let me let my anxiety off my chest. She was just professional, but cool all the way through it and I’m really Appreciated that and too much. We only see the bad but when you get a person that just makes you feel good. It’s their job, but they don’t have to be nice as we see most people aren’t her name. I can’t believe I’m having trouble with her name. I’ll remember as soon as I stop thinking about it and I’ll come update because she deserves it... see you 10 seconds later I remembered, Maggie! Maggie, she’s a good woman and she’s a great customer service rep. She’s highly over skilled for what she’s doing right now not there’s anything wrong with it because so many people have no skills she has the skill of knowing how to talk to somebody and treat somebody And motivate somebody if necessary. I’ve been in business so I can see the things like that and there’s other things that cannot be taught. Their organic I like that in business cause it’s who I am sure at first their job, but then it would become two versions of you when they mentioned to one that’s who you are. You’re more than an expert you are that and maybe I just Aiden edible but I’m pretty smart cookie and I have a business and we get too much bullshit without any balance of people willing to get behind their keyboard to say nice things. About the people doing the smaller jobs that make some of the biggest impact Good job Leis take care of her. She’s on her way places. ****** UPDATE***** Won’t let me review again, but another great experience with my Cresent Springs, KY LAROSAS! I come here at least once a month and the food is always amazing today I went in and I can’t lie. I forgot my debit card which isn’t usually like me, but I was able to use my mobile Apple Pay, which is great, but obviously I had to have an issue doing it. Donovan, the gentleman helping me was incredibly kind patient and helpful and really made me feel better as I started to develop anxiety because I couldn’t get it to work he made that anxiety disappear with his great customer service and attitude. Can’t wait to go home and enjoy. What’s always a great meal at this location of Larosas ! I will always recommend this to Friend and family. If there’s anybody left in Cincinnati doesn’t already know, lol.

We stopped on the way to New Orleans - nowhere else was open. What a pleasant surprise. I love pizza and this place would be a top contender for the perfect pizza! I'm in PA and can only wish I was close enough -- if it was, it would be my favorite pizza restaurant!

Great food, prices, menu options and service. Server was quite funny and helped us have a great experience. Spinach rondos were quite good. Pretzel bites super yummy. Everyone enjoyed their food. We always have a good time here, thank you!

Usually when we come in, there are one or two other tables sat. We order appetizers and entrees, and they bring them out in a reasonable timeframe, but on the slower side. The food is cheesy and bready and garlicky and delicious. I love the calzones with pesto sauce. The kids like all the tvs and the games on the kids’ menus.

Excellent calazones. Friendly, attentive, and helpful server. Free parking.
